Hotelia360 uses artificial intelligence to produce analysis, forecasts and advisory recommendations about the operational and financial performance of hotels. This page sets out, in plain language, what that means and what it does not.
1. Disclosure
Where you interact with our AI agents or read a briefing they produced, you are informed that the content was generated with the help of an AI system. Their output is advisory. It is not binding, does not replace professional financial, legal or tax advice, and must be evaluated by a person before it is acted upon. Responsibility for decisions remains with the hotel's management and with Hotelia360's consultants, never with the software.
2. Nature of the service
Our platform operates exclusively as a decision-support system. It analyses data, detects deviations, forecasts and recommends. It does not execute financial transactions, change prices in your systems, alter staffing, sign contracts or take any regulatory action on its own. Every action is initiated by a person.
3. Limitations
Recommendations are based on the historical data you provide, on market information and on statistical models. They may not capture external events, local conditions or sudden market shifts. Actual results can differ from what the system suggests. Forecasts are estimates with stated assumptions, not guarantees.
4. Your autonomy
The system is designed without manipulation, coercion or fear-based mechanics. You are free to accept, modify or reject any recommendation without any consequence for the service you receive.
5. Data use
Data you provide is used solely to produce analysis and recommendations for your property or group. It is not used to modify your behaviour, to build adaptive mechanisms that reward past compliance, or to train public AI models. 6. Human oversight
A person is always in the loop. Nothing is executed automatically. Recommendations can be traced to the data and reasoning behind them, and both your team and ours can challenge them.
7. Regulatory alignment
These principles follow the transparency, human-oversight and anti-manipulation requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). As guidance and our platform evolve, this page will be updated.
